Plain terms

The register reproduces figures that Baja Marine published, with links to archived copies of its pages. They describe boats as built and optioned in a given year. They are not a survey, an appraisal or safety advice: check your own boat, its capacity plate and its manuals before relying on any figure.

Trip log entries are owners' own accounts of their trips, which we may shorten. They describe what happened to someone else on another day, not what is safe for you.

BAJA is a registered trademark of Iconic Marine Group, LLC. It is used here only to identify boats built by Baja Marine. This site is independent and is not endorsed by Iconic Marine Group, LLC.

Using the site is free. Public pages carry one banner ad for WeldonPC.com's own services (see Privacy). If paid features are added later, their price and terms will be shown before anything is charged.
